1) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Payment Only)
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment only, if you request a refund within 30 days of your initial charge.
To request a refund:
- email us within 30 days of your first charge
- send the request from the email associated with your account (or include enough info to verify)

2) No Refunds After 30 Days
After the first 30 days:
- all payments are final
- renewal payments are non refundable
- partial refunds are not available
- unused time is not refundable
- downgrades do not generate refunds or credits
3) Cancellation Does Not Equal a Refund
Canceling stops future billing only. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund.
4) Purchases Outside Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you purchase additional products or services, those may be non refundable or governed by refund terms shown at checkout.
5) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us first:
- your account may be suspended or terminated
- we may dispute the chargeback and submit evidence, including usage logs and acceptance of policies
6) How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or processor.
7) Fraud and Abuse Prevention
We may deny refund requests involving fraud, abuse, repeated refund behavior, or policy violations.
